This is the main page for sports and events. Sports is a kind of physical activity. It can be aerobic activities or sports like extreme games, swimming and playing football where our heart keep on pumping for a 'long' period without putting too much stress on it. Anaerobic activities / sports are activities where our heart and muscles exert a lot of energy wihtout needing much continuous air for a very short period like weight lifting.
Sporting activities can be indoor like weight lifting in a gym and squash or outdoor like Extreme Games, hiking, cycling and canoeing. People usually do sports as leisure activities apart from maintaining good health. However, there are a few people who started as a hobby but later as their profession.
