Penang Indian Mee-Bihun (Fried and Rebus)
Rotating Logos

Indian Fried Mee-Bihun (left side photo) is usually fried with a kind of tomato sauce blended with steamed dal (I think) to give it the orange colour apart from chili sauce. The ingredients added are bean curd, potato, bean sprout, some vegetables, some indian fried batter and egg (if you want).

Mee-Bihun Rebus (right side photo) is usually sold by Indian fried mee stalls. Here, the mee-bihun and bean sprout if have are dipped into boiling water for a while and then topped with the ingredients mentioned above. The orange coloured sauce is then poured onto the noodles.
