Payments must be in cash or credit card upon confirmation of travel or tour.
Full payment must be made one week before tour date for inbound and one month before tour date for outbound. Refunds will not be entertained after the confirmation. If the company cancel the tour due to some problems, all money paid will be refunded. If the customer cancel the tour before confirmation, 90% of the money paid will be refunded. Be at pick-up point outside this comapny at least 30 minutes before departure. |
Our inbound tours are to major cities in Malaysia, hill resorts, beach resorts, national parks and maine parks. We also cater for tourists who like outdoor activities such as caving, hiking, water-rafting, snorkelling, diving, canoeing and extreme sports.
We have one-day tours in Penang and many other packages to states throughout the whole Malaysia. Confirmation must be made a week before tour date. Walk-in tourists will be entertained if there are places. We also do transfers from airport, hotels and work place, to airport, hotels, work place, restaurant and other places. All our tours and transfers have tour guide. We also have outbound tours to countries in Asia like Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Japan, Australia and India. Our tours to European countries are Greece, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and England. We have a few trips to Africa and America. Apart from tour groups, we also do ground arrangements in other countries such as transfers from airport and hotels, book hotels and even transportation for our customers who would want to travel on their own. We also service travellers who want us to get their travel documents ready for them. |
