Below are a few trains schedules. From my experience, the trains may arrive and depart a little late. Anyway, the best will be to ask the KTM counter people about the time.

There are a few trains servicing different areas around Malaysia. Some are Day Express (DE) and some Night Express (NE).
Northern areas by : Express Sinaran Utara (DE), Senandung Langkawi (NE) and Senandung Mutiara (NE)
Southern areas by Express Sinaran Selatan (DE), Senandung Sutera (NE)
Eastern areas by Express Sinaran Timur (DE), Senandung Timuran (NE) and Senandung Wau (NE).
KTM also has a few shuttle service, serving a few smaller areas covering shorter distance.
Ipoh -> KL -> Ipoh (5 times)
Gemas -> Singapore -> Gemas (2 times)
Gemas -> Kluang -> Gemas (once)
Gemas -> Kuala Lipis -> Gemas (2 times)
Kuala Lipis -> Tumpat -> Kuala Lipis (2 times)
Tumpat -> Kemubu -> Kemubu (once)

KTM has an international express called Ekspres Antarabangsa servicing Butterworth to Bangkok. I doubt this train will be of interest because it takes about one day!
