Rotating Logos

Rojak is supposed to be a mixed fruit food. The ingredients inside rojak are cucumber, mangkuang (turnip), guava, jambu air or water apple, mango and pineapple. Some stalls may add harden yu cha koay and / or cuttlefish. The most important part of this food is the sauce called roajk paste. The sauce used is mixed using prawn paste, black sauce paste and chili paste. This sauce must be thick so that when it is mixed with those fruits, the sauce would not be too thin / liquid as fruits contain water.
