Penang Lor Bak (Chinese)
Lor is a sauce made with starch as seen in the sauce on the left side of the left first row photo. Bak means meat in Hokkien dialect. The sauce on the right side is chili sauce. 
Lor Bak (left dish) stalls sell many other deep fried dishes like deep fried taukua / bean curd (right dish) and deep fried prawns coated with batter or prawn fritters (top dish). Lor Bak is actual pork meat wrapped with a thin layer of 'skin' made from soya bean, then deep fried. Lor Bak is normally RM1.60 to RM2.00 per piece (year 2013 price), the prawns is normally RM0.80 to RM1.00 per piece (year 2013 price) and the bean curd is normally RM0.80 to RM1.00 per piece (year 2013 price).
