Penang Pasembur (Indian)
Rotating Logos

Penang Pasembur is more like an appetiser. Its ingredients are bean sprout, mangkuang or turnip, cucumber, fried tauhu / bean curd, prawn fritters and Indian deep fried kuih (which is also used in Indian's fried noodles and mee rebus). These ingredients are then poured or topped with pasembur sauce (see top left side of photo) which is made from potatoes (I guess).

One plate of pasembur is normally RM3.00 to RM3.50 (year 2013 price). This food can also be found in chinese coffee shops or by the roadsides but not so easy. I guess it is easily found in Indian coffee shops too.
