Koay kark is made from rice batter into form like cake which is then cut into smaller pieces.
Char Koay Kark means fried koay kark. Usualy it is fried with eggs, bean sprout and chili paste. The price of this food is normally RM3.00 to RM3.50 per plate (year 2013 price) for one person. Few coffee shops have this dish.
