Bihun is also made from rice batter but made into long thin stripes. Mee is made from wheat batter which is then pulled into long stripes. Bee Thai Mak is also made from rice batter but it is sort of 'transparent', shorter and fatter than tang hun. Tang Hun is a transparent long thin noodle made from rice batter. All these are chinese noodles, Penang chinese noodles. Char Siew is seasoned barbecued pork.
