About Birthright : The Gorgon's Alliance (Acceptable by my standard. ****)

Birthright : The Gorgon's Alliance is a dungeons and dragons game.
Realm : got a few provinces. In every province got a number like 1st number / 2nd number. The first number = civilization level / population of Province and the second number = magic level. First number lower and second number higher means that the lower the civilisation, the higher the magic source can be.

During selection of Realm, player can see :
Challenge (Ch) - Easy, Medium, Hard, Hardest
Style (ST) - Military, Trade, Temple and Magic
Province (P) - shows the number of districts in the realm
Income (I) -
Law Holdings (L) -
Guilds (G) - are holdings that will generate income
Temples (T) -
Sources (S) - are important for province where its leader is of style Magic
Castles (C) - will take up income on every turn but
Troops (TR) -
Allies (A) -

Each State got :
1) Regency -
2) Treasury - shows the amount of gold the realm has at a particular turn.
3) Domain Power
4) Bloodline Strength
5) New Regency number = Unused reegncy + Domain Power or Bloodline Strength (whichever is lower)

Statistical Notes
After selecting a realm, players will get to see a few reports on the situation of the realm and its neighbours. After reading the reports and pressing Done button, player will see 6 buttons at the bottom-left. They are :
1. Tax Levels (of each province) - will show the Tax Level (Light, Normal and Severe), Loyalty change and Law claims of the realm's provinces. This will get the tax collection for each province and the total tax collected. (I do not know how the tax for maintenance of holding is calculated. ) Payroll for the army, maintenance of the holdings will then be deducted from the tax collected to get a new treasury amount.
2. Occupation. If a province is occupied then it can be a Pillage Province and it can also reduce foreign holdings. When a province is occupied, the maintenance value will increase by a -1. If player made it a pillage province, Loot amount will increase with the amount same as the province level. Then the Province Level will drop by 1 point. Pillage value is the total of all the Loot amount. Pillage value is added to Tax Collected to get the Total Tax Collected.
3. Payroll of Army (each recruit and lieutenant). Lieutenants are free of charge. All other recruits or units must be paid either by gold or regency. Mounted units cost 2 golds and unmounted units cost 1 gold per turn. If player chose not to pay a merchant unit, that unit would become a bandit. The tax amount here shows the cost of paying the army. Payroll value will be deducted from Total Tax Collected.
4. Maintenance. Will show a few Totals such as :
    a. Tax Collected in Tax Levels statistics.
    b. Other income such as Pillage value from Occupied Province in Occupation statistics.
    c. Payroll in Payroll statistics.
    d. Castles in Maintenance statistics. The value is -1 for each castle in the realm.
    e. Occupied Province in Maintenance statistics. The value is -1 for each province a player chose to occupy in Occupation statistics.
    f. Province & Holdings. I do not know how this value is calculated.
    g. Tribute & Salaries. When a player offer tribute to other realms in a diplomatic agreement the Tribute value will be a negative amount wherelse if other realms offer tribute, the Tribute value will be positive.
    h. Court, minimal which can be adjusted will improve diplomacy changes if the value is increased.
    i. New Treasury amount is calculated by ADDing Tax Collected with other income and then add other negative values such as Payroll, Castles, Occupied Province, Province & Holdings, Tribute & Salaries and Court value.
5. Do Report (gives Realm Strength, Troop Report, Alliances, Adventure News, Investitures and a few other reports) and
6. Collect Taxes (calculate the regency and treasury for the coming turn). Upon pressing Collect Taxes button, this button will turn into Domain Action button and a new domain turn and its 1st action will start. Each Domain Turn got 3 Actions.

Expert Game's Domain Actions
1. Adventure : Enter into battle where players will have only 4 Lieutenants to play with.
2. Agitate : To lower or raise the satisfaction of population. Priest and regent can do free agitate. It is used to increase or decrease taxes.
3. Build Road : Roads can be built to provinces adjacent to it. The cost of building roads depend on the type of terrain.
4. Contest : To fight for a holding. On the first contest, if owner lost, the owner's holding will be marked with an 'x'. On the second contest, if owner lost again, the holding will be destroyed. If the

6. Declare War : Declare war on other states so that you can enter the state to fight and take over the district of the state.

8. Espionage : Send a spy to either spy on units or assissinate a unit. Guild master or thief can arrange for one free espionage.
9. Forge Ley Line : Used to connect your sources.
10. Fortify : to strengthen the defence of the province where the castle is built. This cost gold.
11. Hold Action : Do nothing and game will continue to next action.
12. Investiture : After winning a battle in other states and staying there for 1 turn (at 3rd action), you get to bid to get the state.
13. Lieutenant : get a lieutenant for your army

17. Rule : Increase the level of the state and the level of your holdings.
18. Trade Routes : Create routes from own guilds to certain province of allies or own province. However, roads must be built before trade routes can be built.

5. Scroll of Armor Enhancement : Temporarily improves Armor Class by 3 (15%)
6. Cloak of Protection : +2 (10%) to Armor class and saving throws while worn

8. Potion of Storm Giant Strength : Individual gain strength of 24. Only by warriors (Fighters, Rangers and Paladins).
9. Potion of Invulnerability : Individual takes no damage while active. Warriors only.

11. Potion of Fire Resistance : Party is immune to heat damage while active.

13. Necklace of Missiles (8) : Activate to throw a small fireball (2-12 damage)

15. Potion of Extra Healing : Individual regains 6-21 hit points.
16. 1 oun Stone Pale Blue : +1 Strength while worn.
17. Ring of Nightvision : Allows sight in the dark while worn.
18. Potion of Levitation : Party's feet don't touch the ground
19. Oil of Sharpness : Weapon is temporarity +2 (10%) to hit and +2 to damage
20. Wand of Frost (3) : Emits Cone of COld, doing 6-36 points of damage. By wizard only.
21. Wand of flesh to stone : Turns target to stone. By wizards only.
22. Potion of Healing : Individual regains 4-10 hit points.
