1. Sultan Abdul Samad Building Area (Historical Sites)

  1. Jamek Mosque is the oldest most in the city built in 1909 inspired by the Mogul structure of northern India.
  2. Sultan Abdul Samad Building was the administration office of the British built between 1894 to 1897.
  3. Merdeka Square is the most important place in Malaysia history as it was the place where the Malayan flag was raised marking the independence of Malaysia.
  4. Royal Selangor Club with Tudor styled building first built in 1884.
  5. Central Market was built in 1888 and now, it is a place to buy souvenirs, antiques, paintings and local handicrafts. On certain evenings, cultural performances are performed - Free Of Charge.
2. National Mosque Area (National Interest & History)

  1. National Mosque is the star-shaped dome mosque capable of holding 15,000 people.
  2. KL Lake Garden is a garden in the city. It has National Planetarium, Tun Abdul Razak Memorial, KL Bird Park, Orchid & Hibiscus Garden, Deer Park, KL Butterfly Park and some museums.
  3. KL Railway Station has beautiful structures with history dated back to 1886.
  4. National Museum has a few sections. They are about geology and prehistoric people, the Malacca Sultanate period, the colonial rule period and the anti Malayan Union and Federation of Malaya period. The old National History Musuem had been relocated to a building next to the National Museum.
  5. KL Sentral is the rail network hub, especially the Light Rail Transit, KTM Komuter, Monorail and Express Rail Link.
3. KLCC / Jalan Ampang Area (Shopping and Knowledge Area)

  1. Suria KLCC is located at the base of Petronas Twin Towers. It is a shopping mall with many places suitable for family like Petronas Discovery Centre, Dewan Filharmonik Petronas and Galeri Petronas. It also has a garden park outside the building.
  2. KL Tower is a telecommunication with a public observation platform and a Revolving Restaurant at the KL Tower 'Head'.
  3. Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve is the forest reserve right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
4. Bukit Bintang / Imbi Area (Shopping Centre)
Theme Park in Berjaya Time Square
  1. Berjaya Time Square has a big shopping complex and a Hotel cum Convention centre. An indoor theme park is inside Berjaya Time Square Shopping Complex.
  2. Lot 10 and Bukit Bintang Plaza are just opposite each other.
  3. Starhill Gallery and Pavilion for the shoppers of expensive good.
