Malaysia is a multi-racial country. This means that Malaysia consist of people from different races or originated from many different countries all over the world. However, they are mostly Asians.

3. Multi-religion Country
Malaysia is a multi-religious country with Islam as the Official Religion. This means that Malaysian can embrace any religion they like with one exception of the Malay community. The one exception is that the Malay community must embrace Islam and if someone from other faith marries a Muslim, he or she must convert to Islam.
