Ministry of Finance is located in Precinct 2. It has a few buildings such as National Accountant Building, Royal Custom Building, Treasury Building and Housing Loan Building. These buildings are located in Wawasan Square and has Wawasan Park behind it.
The MOF building is the cresent-shape building with Islamic motifs. It was completed in August 2002. Wisma Putra is located in Precinct 2 on a small hill near Wawasan Square behind Ministry of Finance. It is the building for the Minitry of Foreign Affairs and is situated inside Wawasan Park. 
Wisma Putra was completed in 2001. Its roof has an old Malay design, its pillars and window grills with floral motifs. Millenium Monument is located in the southern part of Precinct 2, on the opposite side of the Ministry of Finance buildings. This tower is made of solid metal and has a base that has the shape of a ship (this is how it looks to me). The glass 'wall' on the way up to the top of the base has short history of country. The tower is 68m tall. This tower has a light that spread 360o, serving as a beacon for boats.
Judiciary Palace is located in Precinct 3 opposite the Perbadanan Putrajaya Complex. It houses the Malaysian Court of Appeal, Federal Courts, judges chambers and offices. This Palace of Justice was completed in 2000. Its has an Islamic and Moorish architecture especially the Taj Mahal in India. The building has a mirror image with it vertical-plane at the centre of the building showing balance and fairness of the judicial system. Perbadanan Putrajaya Complex is located in Precinct 3 opposite the Palace of Justice. It has a mian courtyard called Qiblat Walk that links to Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque which can be seen straight through its entrance arch. It also has an auditorium for events. |
